Aunt Gussie’s Sugar-Free Almond Biscotti
Looking for a sugar-free snack? These spelt biscotti are a great choice. Not too sweet with a nice crunch. They have a delicate almond flavor and contain bits of hazelnut. Perfect to serve with tea or coffee.
Ingredients: organic spelt flour (wheat), eggs, maltitol, non-GMO expeller-pressed canola oil, almonds, natural almond flavor, aluminum free baking powder. Note: excess consumption of maltitol (sweetener) may cause a laxative effect.
Pamela’s Almond Anise Biscotti

Absolutely delicious! If you enjoy coconut macaroons you will love these. They are delightfully sweet and have a nice soft chewy texture.
Only the 2 ounce individual packages are sweetened with honey. The larger cans contain cane sugar and are not recommended.

This is the original recipe with molasses that customers have loved for years. Recently, Barbara’s replaced the molasses with cane sugar. They have now gone back to the original recipe; but only in the 7.5 ounce pouch. Unfortunately, the snack size bags still contain cane sugar. Therefore, I am only recommending the 7.5 ounce bag sweetened with molasses.

Luna & Larry’s Dark Chocolate Organic Coconut Bliss Ice Cream

As the name suggests, this non-dairy frozen dessert made with all-natural organic ingredients– is “bliss”! The rich chocolate taste and creamy, silky texture make this a mouth watering dessert.
